Virtual MLS Webcards also features an on-line calendar for tracking group meetings and tasks. You can schedule meeting times, assign tasks with deadlines to different team members, establish milestones and print status reports. The system automatically sends e-mail to participants whenever a task falls due. Group members can optionally be notified whenever anything important changes, or when tasks are not completed on time possibly requiring the user's intervention. An on-line chat room and integrated bulletin board make it easy for members to exchange ideas and communicate.
